- Max grew up coming to Sun Valley with his family and learned to ski/snowboard on Baldy
- Ashley was looking for a different night out than the Cellar or Casino
- Max had been trying to open a brewery in Seattle but the market was saturated
- They acquired the historic Dynamite Shed and opened TNT Taproom in December 2019
- TNT stands for dynamite shed which stored dynamite long ago
- Focus is on craft beer and natural/sustainable wines
