- Founded in 2011 by Kevin Jones & Paul Holle
- Opened Public House in Ketchum in February 2016 and Tap Room in Hailey in July 2016
- Consolidated production to Hailey in November 2016
- Launched Atmos Brewing Co. Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer and Creekside Hard Seltzer December 2020
- Distributed throughout Idaho, Montana, Utah, and nationwide with Atmos Brewing
- Outpost food truck hosts events such as Riverfest, Hailey Live, Ketchum Oktoberfest & Sawtooth Valley Gathering
- Catering many events and private parties
- Brew on 15bbl Brewhouse; can all products in house
