- Shaun and Matt Mahoney are the co-owners of local favorite Mahoney’s Bar and Grill in Bellevue
- Shaun started his career at 13 washing dishes at a supper club, and later worked for two years at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida
- After moving to Idaho, he managed Louie’s Restaurant and China Pepper in Ketchum before becoming food & beverage manager at Elkhorn Resort
- Matt spent early days of his culinary career at J.D. Hoyt's famous chop house & Morton's Steak House; after joining brother Shawn in Wood River Valley, he worked for Sawtooth Club & China Pepper before managing Whiskey Jacques
- In 2006, they opened their own restaurant on Bellevue’s Main Street - known for their “Juicy Lucy" burgers bursting with melted cheese
- Offer everything from steak sandwiches to sushi & filet mignon - catering events throughout valley
